The Ocracoke Preservation Society is so much more than a museum and gift shop. It is a community of hundreds of supporters, from members to volunteers, that together create a place where people can learn and donated artifacts can be safely housed. It is where community members can gather and support one another, working together to preserve and share Ocracoke's history. The proceeds from memberships go towards building restoration efforts, protecting physical donations, educating the public, and so much more. Thank you for being a part of this community!
